Privacy
This page explains what happens to information about you when you visit Madrid, which is run by Syntax Space Studio OPC.
What we don’t collect
- No cookies, and nothing saved in your browser’s local storage.
- No analytics, tracking or advertising scripts.
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No newsletter, and no forms that ask for your details — the filters on the places list only change the page address.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Railway. Like any website, each request your browser sends — including your IP address, the page address and your browser type — passes through Railway’s servers, which may keep standard request logs to run and secure the service. Our own application logs errors, not visitors.
Maps
Pages with a map show a placeholder until you choose to open the interactive map. When you do, your browser loads the map’s tiles and styling directly from tiles.openfreemap.org. That service receives your IP address and the area of the map you view, under its own privacy terms. Nothing is requested from it until you open a map.
Links to other sites
Source links lead to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. When you follow one, your browser tells that site only our site’s address, not the page you were on.
